Uvistat Shade Garden
We were asked by Uvistat, a leading manufacturer of high factor suncream to help highlight the problem of sun damage and skin cancer to the gardening world. So we designed a shade garden for Uvistat at the NEC gardeners world show in June 2008. The idea was to show how to incorporate shade into the initial design of a garden using construction techniques as well as soft landscaping and accessories. The result was a fun, bright but tranquil place in which to rest a while and recover from the hard work of visiting the show.
