This small cottage garden was overgrown and difficult to keep with an uneven lawn, old cracked concrete paths and crazy paving. The garden has been transformed using reclaimed blue bricks and Yorkstone paving complemented by ‘Cottage’ style planting. A timber arch and pergola over a new sitting area provide some height and support for climbers while a statue creates an eye-catching focal point. The planting (completed in November) looks sparse at the moment but will blossom into life in the spring when more photos will follow!
